Then you could argue what the purpose of such a list is. If even Fear.fm itself admits this isn't a list with the est tracks, but just the ones that are voted for the most, then the list doesn't have a purpose. At least, not for the people who actually are into these styles. I mean...how fun is a list, when you from the very beginning have to pray certain tracks (Broken for hardcore, Wake Up for hardstyle for example) don't end up being #1, for being some o the worst tracks this year, but just...liked by a group that couldn't name 5 more tracks.
Ah well, i can't care anymore, i'll just be glad the hardcore list didn't have to go through such an abomination.
How can you ever say about *some* list its about the best tracks? Music is about taste and what is the point judging for example pure about the technical level of a track? Almost all other ways to judge a track are a matter of taste or even worser, the additional interests of the judges. And basing a list on the times it's played on a big event or what the 'impact' on the scene was is also all about what is the most populair track. If you want do to it that way i can say for sure the Theracords tracks will never make it in the list.
Or should we maybe limit it to 'raw'style fans or people from the Netherlands only since they are probably (at least according some people) experienced enough to judge about everything? But the resulting list still isn't about the best tracks.
