Third party cookies
Third party advertising and analytics cookies, which are placed by or on behalf of independent advertisers who are advertising on our site. These cookies may be placed within the advertisement and elsewhere on our site. They are anonymous – they cannot identify individuals. Hardtraxx uses third-party vendors and hosting partners, for hardware, software, networking, storage, and related technology we need to run Hardtraxx. We maintain two types of logs: server logs and event logs. Our data is hosted in the European Union (EU) and subjected to EU Privacy laws.

Data Protection Statement for European Union Users
Hardtraxx collects and stores some personal information about its users to customize their experience and enable personalized distribution of content. It shares minimal data with its service providers.
Purpose of processing

Where Hardtraxx collects and stores personal data about non-users, it does so under performance of contract obligations with users who use the services to publish content on web sites hosted by Hardtraxx. In such cases, users authoring such content containing personal data of third parties are responsible for that content. Hardtraxx will consider related complaints in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation’s rights of the data subject, as well as rights of expression and access to information.
