Since I see it's a bit dead in here this might be an interesting topic for the non-dutch-speaking Hardtraxx-people as well

Let's hope soon more and more people will post the facts they posted in the Dutch version of this topic in here as well

It's a typical Dutch fastfood 'dish'. It's a collection of different kinds of minced meat,
baked in a frying pan around 180 degrees. It has a nice crispy skin and is the bigger variant of ''bitterballen''
