There's no problem in posting your tracks here as long as you've had a release on an established label.

If you haven't you should post your track here.

And stick to previewing and placing your tracks there, in the producers corner until you've got an official release.

And most people will post in Dutch here anyway, the few who really want their opinion to come across to you personally will take the extra effort to post it english.
