The Anarchist is a whole new upcoming hardstyle artist from the Netherlands, defined by unique banging sounds and diverse mixes. Niels Hettema (dj the Anarchist) started out as a dj in 2003 experimenting with oldskool & Hardcore. It wasnt long before he tasted the hardstyle sound, exploring its hard reverse baselines and uplifting melodies. Many unique mixes where born, but still lacked the power of own productions.

As early as 2002 he met Thomas Duddridge who at the time, produced mostly techno and classical arrangements, but followed developments in the hardstyle scene closley. In 2008 they decided to team up together and focus exclusively on hardstyle as Dj & Producer.

And so “Dj The Anarchist” was born.

With a unique sound that can be defined as raw and complex with many Fx and interesting melodies, the Anarchist wants to add his own sound to the hardstyle scene to form a new world in hardstyle!
