“Hi there, I’m ''W'' and I’m proud to say that since June 2015, I’m the label director of the HARD with STYLE platform. It’s been quite the adventure, especially when we posted the ‘Origins Revealed’ video on July 17th – and unveiled a total re-brand of the platform. But of course, we also thanked each and every one of you for supporting HARD with STYLE throughout the years, hoping you’d be open to following us on our new journey as well. As you know, the seed of Origins has once been planted by Headhunterz, as it grew into a beautiful, solid tree. However, a different path awaited him and he chose to leave the harder styles behind and go for a new challenge. The HWS #46 podcast was his last ode to you, explaining his story from start to end. It’s now time for the tree of Origins to be living its own destiny, reaching for a brighter world above the ground. Cryptic, we know, but it symbolizes exactly what we mean to tell. With Audiofreq as the continuous host of the monthly podcast, we made a bold move and decided to go full force and set course to something new and exciting. We’d like to thank the artists that have released their music on our label, they’ve made this re-brand possible. Today, we say ‘fvck genres’, and share our believe that we have the right to look beyond 150 BPM hardstyle and explore the wide range of harder styles that echo across today’s dance scene. Hard EDM is our spectrum, and it’s a wide and open-minded one indeed.

We can imagine you’re all full of questions about our change. You might be wondering about our musical proposition, question our goals and vision, or maybe even something more personal.
