Will there be early hardstyle included in future podcasts?

Yeah I was looking for that to, and there also no possibility to download from the soundcloud link that is given.

I'm already working on getting one together, but I want it to be a bit special, like a big showcase. Oh, who am I kidding... I'll just put "DHHD - Funky Shit" on loop for 2 hours hahahaha.

The issue is that I have to secure "permission", or like a license... that's what takes the most time, since some people don't like to reply all the time... or they say yes, then say "no" a few days later.

Plus, it won't be just pure early releases... I'll also include stuff from guys who have an early "flavour" to their work, too.

I'll also be promoting individual tracks as well.

I have a big audience in here... so why the hell not. No use being biased, there's something for everyone at some point.

As for Download:

Unfortunately, no... the permission I've secured is simply for Youtube/Soundcloud promotion at this point... Sorry guys, but I hope in the future it'll be an option to download.

It's just starting out, so with everyone I've got co-operating, we're seeing how this will play out.

That is promising. I can tell by this tracklist that this first show is not biased, a few unknown names (to me) and some big labels are not represented. I will keep an eye out, it would be very nice if the whole scene would be represented in this show.

And about the "permission" issues. As this show is also beneficial for the labels/producers, why would they say no? You say you have a big audience, to me this sounds very attractive, a sort of free promotion in a way. I dont know all the details of course, but just a no seems very odd.

How frequent will this show appear, once a weak or..?

Well, for example, I do have co-operation from a big label. I haven't included their tracks in this mix, but in future mixes there will be.

The problem is that this is a "partnered" channel... so even with this video, there is an automatic claim from a couple big labels when I am not even using their tracks. It makes no sense, really... but Youtube requires written permission, stating clearly that I have permission from the person who owns the rights to the music.

And of course, labels are run by humans and each person has their own way of thinking... maybe they'll think this will take away from their channel, or who knows... but I'm trying to make it fair from both a financial perspective for people involved (ie: if a big label has 1 song, why should they take $$$ from a set of 15 songs when nobody else has that benefit?)

But anyway... things will work themselves out in the future when people get more comfortable.

Ah, and my intention: I know how bad people can feel when they work their ass off and get no exposure to their tracks. I don't give a fuck who the track is by... if somebody with 2 fans sends me a track that blows my mind, I'll promote it for sure.

I'm hoping "weekly"... but I'll do it once every two weeks until things pick up, and it gets proper attention, and then maybe I'll consider doing one per week, guest mixes, etc.

I'll be uploading individual tracks as well for promotion, too.

I've not been given permission to put this set up for download, and it was already enough of a pain in the ass to get it for Youtube.

If you want to close it, fine with me... would be a shame and a bit hypocritical though, as Youtube is accessible enough for anyone and everyone -- and besides that, putting sets up for download when you don't have permission to use the content is copyright infringement and counts as piracy.
