Bedankt voor de support, Ramunas vindt het echt heel fijn om te lezen dat zoveel mensen zijn muziek waarderen. Hier een citaat van facebook over waarom hij niet meer enkel dezelfde tracks maakt.

The Machine:
Times change and also interest in music changes. I live in Lithuania and it is hard for me to maintain in the scene. I'm an expensive artist, when you book me you pay flights, transport, hotel on top of my bookingsfee. To make a living I need bookings, so for me it's important to make music that also has some sort of commercial value. This doesn't mean I'm trying to sell out by the way. For example in 2011 I made my Loudness tool and my track Rollin' was one of the first tracks with a heavy kick like popular now. It was always a part of my style and if you listen carefully to my tracks of today you can hear parts of my unique sound in every track.
Unfortunately the less popular tracks rarely get picked up by the crowd. I work really hard for my fans and for my carreer but unfortunately the oldschool The Machine sound didn't work for a really long time. As I am not a fast producer I had no choice then to stick to The Machine side that is popular rather then the style of my album and before.
Luckily the scene is getting a little tired of the hardcore kick, drops and the #ikillyouwithmyfist mentally. This gives me more space to be creative again. I must admit the last year was difficult for me as I was producing music that I started to like less and less. Same counts for my collegues at for example The Magic Show. They didn't want to go so hard and want to produce quality over quantity. Unfortunately that meant hard times for us. Eventho all the big names have been supporting our music all over. The crowd still preferes other stuff than we release at the moment.
As the scene is getting more openminded to a different sound again I'm hoping to bring some new and fresh value to hardstyle again. I've been experimenting with my old sound, acid sounds and some different kind of reverse bass and gated kicks. If you have things in mind that you would like to hear let me know.
Anyway had to get this off my mind. Don't forget support your artists, it's what is needed to get the music you love out.
